Doetronics Inc offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee* on all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on the contact page and we will gladly help with your return. Once the product has been received back and checked for completeness, we will issue you a full refund of your original purchase price - No Questions Asked!

We offer a 1 Year Warranty on all of our products as well. If you experience any issues with your streaming media player, please give us a call first to see if we can help diagnose the issue over the phone. If we cannot fix the issue, we will exchange your player for a new one. This does not include any items that have water damage or any physical damage.

* - Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 30 days are paid for by the customer. This includes all international orders.

Refunds are issued within 48 hours from when the box was received through the same payment method that was used to purchase the original product.

Please remove any remote control Dongles, SD Cards and anything else that is plugged into your unit before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any lost items that are send back with returned units.
